The thing is - entrepreneurship comes down to 3 things in my professional opinion: relationship building, authenticity, and quality innovative work. So what happens if you do great work, but your pricing is wrong? You create a strong relationship with a client but...your product suite isn't set up in a way that encourages a yes? That foundation is *everything*.
But online gurus want to tell you that you need to "charge your worth" as if you're not incredibly worthy regardless of your output, or your sales, or your expertise. They'll say "raise your rates if you feel like it" without showing you the mathematical way to make it make sense. They'll say "price high so people think it's valuable" without understanding how damaging that can be without other considerations.
With all the Strategy Sprints I've done, and VIP Days I've shared with clients, the biggest problem I see with their revenue, their money, their financials actually isn't sales related at all. And we know you're marketing because you have the Instagram, the website, the "ideal client" freebie from when you started. Every problem in the businesses I've seen or that I've helped build come down to these 2, your product suite and pricing.
